Job Description:
· Hands-on experience in Service Desk.
· Hands-on experience in Service Desk and the next-level support teams.
· Experience in Possess deeper technical desktop knowledge than Service Desk agents.
· Experience in Level 1.5 team should be warm transferred over by Service Desk.
· Experience in Remote Deskside Support will provide incident and request management support to all End Users.
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
