End to end recruitment from Man Power Requisition to mobilization
Sourcing profiles from different sources, head hunting
Screening resumes
Lining up interviews with SMEs, at times coordination is required
Collecting interview assessments from panel
Sending offer letter to them
Proposing nominations to delivery within TAT
MBA/PGDM in Finance, HR/Industrial Relations, Marketing
Experience : 1 – 5 yrs
