Job Description
* Experience in 4 C’s i.e. Credit, Capacity, Collateral, Capital.
* Experience in Post-Closing, Origination or Pre Funding part.
* Pre Underwriting Having good knowledge of US Residential Underwriting.
* Experience in reviewing of collateral including in depth analysis of appraisal reports, title commitment, fraud risk checks, insurances documents and sales contract
* Experience in reviewing of the Borrower profile including credit, income, assets, collateral, compliance, employment and other lending risks.
* Analysis of Assets, Income and Credit to ensure borrower profile, transaction and properties meet the company’s lending criteria under the guidelines of fennie mae (FNMA)/Freddie Mac.
* Experience in Calculating or Recalculating of Borrower’s Income, DTI, LTV and Appraisal Report/Title Report/Credit report review.
* Closing Document – deed of trust, proof of title search and insurance, flood certification, proof of homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, home appraisal, and inspection reports etc.
* Post Product Approval, Credit Reconciliation, Asset Verification, Income Calculation etc.
