HR Operations Specialist – Switzerland
As part of the HR Operations organization, the HR Operations Specialist will deliver first line support and day-to-day direction to the complete HR team in EMEA or other stakeholders. The HR Operations Specialist is the first point of contact for our employees and they will respond to employee inquiries, by providing support, advice, problem solving, identifying solutions and escalates as needed. This position requires good judgment and extreme initiative and is accountable for the quality and productivity of requests.
The HR Operations team acts as a bridge between employees and other departments e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Finance, HR Partners, etc.
Qualification:
HR Administration/HR Operations experience is a plus; ideally in a customer-facing environment
Working knowledge of HRIS, E-Ticketing tools and absence management systems
Basic knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment law guidelines and policies
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken German and English

Energy Customer Support Specialist – US
Energy Customer Support Specialist is a customer-facing support team that offers product education and technical solutions to customers and Installers in need.
Adhere to Tesla’s standards and KPI’s of excellent customer communication, advocacy and education
Provide support to Energy customers via phone, email, and chat
Work through group-based ticketing queues while managing an individual workload
Demonstrate best practices for case handling, follow-up, and documentation, including thorough and accurate recording of all interactions and work performed
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical concerns related to end-customer systems
Modify system configurations to ensure intended operation
Identify process and knowledge gaps, submit feedback that leads to better training and resources
Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical support role

Industrial Engineer, Energy Remanufacturing – US
Manage capacity planning standards for all energy remanufacturing lines in the factory
Create operating plans for all production lines, including labor requirements, breaking strategies, and shift schedules using linear programming, and assess headcount addition/removal requests based on line needs and requirements
Conduct options analysis for existing line optimization and new line installations and estimate resource requirements for factory footprint expansion projects
Perform capacity studies and static sensitivity analyses to identify factors impacting line throughput (OEE, Headcount, number of material handling equipment) and make recommendations for improvement
Perform discrete event simulation modeling and statistical modeling to influence key business decisions
Lead continuous improvement exercises across various manufacturing functions and standardize metrics and problem solving tools
Design assembly line, support space, and amenity area layouts using quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques to facilitate smooth operations and optimize cost/sqft
Qualification:
3+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive multiple projects with diverse teams in a manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
Experience with automated/semi-automated manufacturing lines and robotics is a plus

As a Data Solutions Specialist for Tesla Energy APAC, you’ll drive business success by delivering actionable insights and innovative data solutions. Embedded in a dynamic team, you’ll leverage your data expertise to optimize processes, create dashboards, and automate workflows.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for APAC Energy stakeholders.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple sources.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and create custom Excel reports for urgent needs.
Build Python scripts using pandas to automate business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualification:

Application Support Engineer – India
The Application Support Analyst is responsible to provide successful implementation and management of Tesla services (applications) in the production environments and Provide Level II support to ensure the service meets the quality, security and compliance standards, providing the documentation for the ongoing support and maintenance of the systems.
Job Requirements:
Design and develop high quality, scalable and stable web applications and/or backend services using .NET with C#.
Develop client-side applications that connect with web services.
Develop back-end web services.
Ensure highest standards met for security-best practices in all development using principles of Software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity and maintainability.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Application Support Analyst to join Tesla’s Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with business users, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise level systems.
Job Responsibilities
Understand and own the end-to-end integration of Tesla’s Software Application systems
Work directly with software developers and business users to understand issues and provide solutions in real-time
Work through tickets received from business users of globally distributed locations
Create workarounds for issues that require immediate solutions if a permanent one is not immediately available, and document troubleshooting guides
Setup automation and monitoring process to optimize utilization of Software Application systems

Qualification:
