Talent Acquisition Coordinator – USA

Job Description:
Forward pre-qualified viable candidates’ information to BU leadership for review and consideration for open requisitions.
Perform initial candidate screening interviews.
Forge relationships using existing and creative resources to connect with external talent.
Maintain short-list of candidates for each open requisition and maintain resumes according to TA department guidelines.
Manage scheduling of applicants throughout the interview process.
Manage Applicant Tracking system, position postings, and applicant administrative steps to hire.
Plan and participate in campus recruiting activities including travel, training, booth set up, registration, and interview coordination.
Embrace company culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement in overall services of Talent Acquisition(TA) team. Support diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities in regions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required; and minimum 1 year of experience working in professional capacity in Human Resource Staffing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in construction industry, preferred
Exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and timely documentation
Good judgment to identify problems, maintain confidentiality, escalate issues, and set prioritization of responsibilities
Research and analysis skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills, Active listening skills, responsive, and strong follow-up practices
