Job Description:
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in managing vendors.
Comfortable with bulk hiring
Requirements:
MBA 2019 passout freshers ONLY – Preferred specialization – HR
Must be comfortable with 6 days working
