WIPRO is hiring for Voice and Accent Trainer (Assistant Manager) Profile for a B2B Campaign for HR Outsourcing for a premium client.
1)Structure On boarding Training requirements, Pre Process, Customer Visits etc.
2)Ensure that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the account.
3)Deliver pre-process and process training for new employees.
4)Create/Customize training content for delivery.
5)Provide feedback and coaching to analysts on the floor.
6)Responsible for adhering to training standardization guidelines defined by the BU Training Function.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Voice process.

Transport both ways
Minimum eligibility: Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc (except B.Sc IT, Stats, Math Hons. and Eco. Hons.)
Full time MBA, BE, and B.Tech
Experience: Must have 36-48 months of relevant experience
Immediate Joining/15 days of Notice Period
