Xerox It Services Delivery is looking for an innovative Business Process Analyst to optimize process in various parts of the business. This role will document current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business value chains.

Job Description:
Exceptional self-starter – must be able to take a project from discovery to closure with little to no management
Be comfortable with ad hoc requests coming in during the middle of other initiatives – and handle them with timeliness and accuracy
Evaluate existing business processes in various parts of the unit
Identify and analyze current processes across the functional areas of the business
Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
Comfortably manage the project team from initiation to closure
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Revising and updating procedures and policies in writing via Service Cloud KB articles
Create methods of validating ROI utilizing real dollars saved
Business Process Analyst Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or in a related field
A Master’s degree in business administration will be advantageous
At least two years’ experience in business process management in a related industry
Project management certification (P+/PMP/CSM/PRINCE2, etc.)
Experience in the sales-cash process for VARs
Excellent reporting and documenting skills
