Fraud Analyst
Process: Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst
Location: Chennai
Investigate and resolve Credit Card Disputes related to non-fraudulent transactions (e.g. billing errors, service-related issues, Consumer Disputes and Processing errors with the following Chargeback Disputes Reason code).
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience.
Experience with Dispute management applications (Pega or Quavo) and processing platform, drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Dispute resolution process by analyzing trends, identify root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Proven experience in handling escalations and complex dispute investigations
Qualification:
Green Belt Certification
Familiarity with card rules and regulatory requirement
Bachelor’s degree with (1 Year to 5 Years) can apply.
Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply

Reconciliation Specialist
Job Description:
· Experience of banking products (Retail, Commercial, Wealth) regulations, processes, and procedures
· Experience in GL reconciliations for Branch, ATM, Cards, Deposits, Loans, Cash, Bank, Vault, Clearing, Settlement, Suspense accounts, Payments.
· Experience in system to system (intersystem) recon – GL vs SL, GL vs Investment platforms
· GL reconciliation application (Blackline/ARCS/SAP recon etc.) experience is a plus.
· Experience with large ERP – PSGL, Oracle, SAP etc. is a plus!
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or related field
· Experience – 2 to 8 years

Job Description
Data entry into systems such as loading direct debit instructions, offsets, or nomination, changing customer information, updating existing loan information, or initiating refunding transactions.
· Responsible for reviewing and completing payments to builders and customers for the construction of a house and includes the amending and distribution of schedules, ordering inspections, completing valuations, actioning email related to the payments.
· Verify is the process of releasing the security titles post discharging the loans.
· Responsible for applying additional discount on variable loans as per the instructions received from Products teams.
· Updating correct information relating to customer, security, etc. in Security application.
· Investigating queries on loan accounts maintained in the existing systems and applying loan features as requested by the customer
· Experience in mortgage servicing, banking or financial services is preferred
· Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processes and financial re gulations in Australia
· Good Analytical skills, excellent judgment, logic and reasoning
· Being Flexible for working in Multiple Shifts
· Computer literate and strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniques
