Job Description:
- Provide support for Cerner applications, including incident resolution and implementation of Cerner Millennium projects.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cerner solution functionalities and components.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes and knowledge articles.
- Gather requirements, determine the scope of work, and plan for timely delivery.
- Work independently on assigned time-sensitive tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers and clients, providing timely feedback to encourage success.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal correspondence.
- Adapt to a changing landscape and acquire new skills with technological advancements while coordinating with global teams.
