Join our dynamic Service Desk Team and be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Primary Skills: Service Desk with Excellent Communication Skills
Location: Bengaluru & Chennai
Experience: 3 Months to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Shift Timing: 24/7
Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
2.Handle international calls professionally, offering support across different time zones and regions.
3.Troubleshoot remote desktop issues, ensuring users can access systems securely and efficiently.
4.Resolve VPN-related problems, including connectivity and authentication issues.
5.Support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office 365, assisting users with configuration, access, and usage issues.
6.Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues, including LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
7.Log and manage incidents using ITSM tools, ensuring proper documentation and escalation when necessary.
8.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt follow-up.
9.Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
10.Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with users and team members.
This is not a walk-in drive.
