L&T Energy Offshore Wind is powering the future through global Offshore Wind Projects. In the process our Kattupalli (Near Chennai) yard will be undergoing significant infrastructure expansion by area development, residential building construction, setting up of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with automated panel line, multiple workshops and buildings and jetty, etc., and the construction of ultra-large and heavy offshore modules like HVDC topsides and jackets for clients of international repute.
We invite experienced construction, yard and EPC professionals with a full-time Engineering or Diploma (Minimum 60%, no backlogs) and 3-30 years to be part of this journey. Accordingly, competent engineers with varying experience and speciality and willing to shoulder challenge, are being invited for recruitment to strengthen our existing operations team at Chennai office.

Leadership opportunities are available at Chennai location for professionals specializing in:
Shipbuilding / Stressed Skin Fabrication professionals with expertise in panel-making, unit fabrication, block assembly, outfitting, and final assembly in the following areas:
Construction:
Roles in production, planning, welding,
blasting, material control and related areas.
Design & Engineering:
Fabrication engineering with proficiency in TEKLA software. Additional expertise in tools such as Staad Pro, SESAM, and ANSYS is highly desirable.
Candidates at middle and junior levels are encouraged to apply as well.
