Source and screen candidates from Naukri and other job portals.
Manage bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to meet daily/weekly targets.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 6 month to 1 year of recruitment experience.
Consultancy background preferred.
