Job Location: Kolkata
Job Requirement:
Experience required 1 – 5 years
Dealing with customers chasing overdue invoices
Maintenance of respective portfolios in Web collect (AR tool)
Liaise with Account Managers to expedite payment from customers
Sending out periodic reports to respective stakeholders
Coordinate with cash applications team to get the paid invoices applied in the system
Need to be excellent with Excel
Answering queries through e-mails and calls in a timely manner.
Open to Work from Office
Primary Skills (Must have)
Willing to work in any kind of shifts including night shift as well.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
Candidate needs to be fully vaccinated.
