We’re looking for an incumbent who will be responsible for the review of deliverables and ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze large volume of data and define clear strategy in assurance analytical work
Act as a team player and work in a multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of different aspects of auditing. Correlate raw data to audit-related analytics
Must be able to work closely with the Global Assurance team and support in conceptualizing ideas, strategy and framework
Support extraction of data from multiple sources by understanding data structure requirement
Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
Job Requirement:

Qualification:

Basis knowledge on MS Excel and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS, Spotfire)

BTS QS_Advanced Analyst – Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be performing detailed quantity and cost estimates using standard cost manuals and construction drawings for depreciation studies. This includes analyzing construction drawings, contractors’ payment applications, and completing a construction cost analysis and report. This is an entry level position and, on the training, will be provided for specific tax related topics.
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or construction engineering, electrical engineering, or architecture
ability to read and understand construction blueprints (including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines)
experience/knowledge of construction cost-estimating, cost-estimating manuals, and building design or construction industry work
experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
quantify surveyor/takeoff experience a plus
Strong time management and task management skills and working with different engagement teams
Ability to handle and manage multiple concurrent engagement timelines and stakeholders
