Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics and Communication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Civil Engineering/Electronics Engineering

Eligibility

Graduating Batch: 2024 & 2025 (Only for Freshers)
60% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering
No Backlog/No ATKT
Maximum 2 years of educational gap is allowed.
Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company. (NATS)

Job Description:

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the manufacturing processes, product development, cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions.

The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles/BU.

Candidate will be provided with hands-on experience which will enable to become employable.

Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning and automotive components and aggregate development.
Build on the Technical knowledge in the academia through exposure to industrial work.
Improve Knowledge, Skill and Attitude by developing understanding on Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activity, Part procurement and Quality management systems.
Develop understanding and implementation skills of Problem Solving.
Exposure to cross functional working.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
