IBM Apprenticeship Graduate Program 2025 – 2026
Digital & Technology Solutions Apprenticeship
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Job Responsibilities:
You will work on projects to design, build and test high quality software solutions to meet business needs
You will undertake a range of assessments at the end of your academic modules
You will also create a portfolio which will capture the knowledge and skills you will develop throughout the programme and in the workplace
You will also complete a final year work-based project which will bring together your accumulated knowledge. The portfolio and project will contribute towards your End Point Assessment for the apprenticeship standard.
Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent,
104 UCAS points from at least two A-levels or equivalent or
BTEC National Diploma/ Extended Diploma at DMM or
Pass in the QAA accredited Access to HE or
International Baccalaureate: 26+ points

Network and Computer Systems Administrator Apprenticeship
As a Network and Computer Systems Administrator Apprentice at IBM, you will perform daily activities ranging in complexity and be responsible for the installation, configuration, upkeep and reliable operation of one or more client environments.
What is an Apprenticeship?
IBM Apprenticeship Program is an official registered apprenticeship recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL). Every graduate of a Registered Apprenticeship program receives a nationally-recognized credential from the DOL.
During the apprenticeship duration, you will be required to complete specific learning hours and on the job training that has been outlined to ensure you are developing the skills and competencies essential to the role. You will be able to learn and grow at your own pace, but we expect most apprentices will complete their learning within 12 months. Once you graduate and receive your certificate from our apprentice program, you will be eligible to apply to available full-time roles at IBM.

Technical Content Professional Apprentice
Technical content is the backbone of our client’s digital self-service experience and is essential for client retention and growth. Are you interested in being part of a team that drives user-centered high-quality content through a collaborative partnership with the Design community, playing a key role in customer loyalty and IBM’s profitability? You’ll design, develop, and publish technical product content, (e.g. embedded in the UI, messages, product & API documentation, multimedia and more) with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and other characteristics of quality information. As we strive for great user experiences, we need great technical content professionals building those experiences.
