Location: CBRE South Asia Ptv Ltd , Hyderabad
Duration: 03 months
5 day working (Mon to Friday) in office.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled intern to join our Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) team. As a Technical Solutions Intern, you will work closely with our VAS team to develop and enhance technical solutions using MS Office Suite, VBA, Python, and C#. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing specifications, and implementing solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in understanding business requirements from key stakeholders and documenting them for implementation within VAS models and reports.
Develop specifications and implement solutions using MS Office Suite, VBA, Python, and C#.
Support testing, workshops, and release/training phases of supported models/reports.
Collaborate with local and regional directors to track project progress and communicate project statuses.
Provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders on solutions and strategic directions.
Identify opportunities to optimize VAS processes and suggest improvements.
Required Skills:
Strong foundation in MS Office, VBA, Python, and C#.
Familiarity with valuations industry or programming experience an added advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
