Systems and Network Engineer – Apprentice
We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation, in Milan within the Electrification and Automation Business Unit area who will be trained in 2 years as Systems and Network Engineer Apprentice.

Job Requirement:
As Systems and Network Engineer Apprenticeship some of your main activities will be:
· Support the tutor in designing and developing technical applications for control and SCADA systems.
· Collaborate in executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) in Italy and abroad.
· Support the creation of testing tools and procedures to ensure system reliability and performance.
· Assist in the configuration and technical development of control and automation systems for HV/MV applications.
· Support in gaining expertise on Siemens’ portfolio (SCADA, RTU, network devices).
· Collaborate in managing network and automation projects, progressively developing operational autonomy
Qualifications:
· You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
· You are fresh graduate or you have an Electrical or Electrotechnical Degree or technical academic background or equivalent (ex: ITS Degree)
· Proficiency in English and Italian
· Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a changing environment

Analytics Engineer – Apprenticeship
We are looking for an Apprentice within the Information Technology area who will be trained in 2 years in Milan as Analytics Engineer.
As an Analytics Engineer your mission will be to drive the development and optimization of our data analytics and visualization capabilities, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and accelerate digitalization. Some of the main activities will be:
Design, update, and optimize executive dashboards to deliver meaningful, easy-to-understand insights, following established standards for data visualization and user experience.
Establish, clearly define, and continuously update key business metrics to guarantee accuracy and consistency in analytics and reporting.
Build, refine, and manage data queries and ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and high performance.
Establish and advocate for standards and best practices in dashboard development, collaborating and upskilling colleagues and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to continuously improve data sourcing, reporting, and overall analytics capabilities.
Support the integration of advanced analytics and machine learning models into dashboards and data flows, contributing to data science initiatives that enhance business value.
Participate in the design and deployment of predictive analytics and data-driven automation, learning to apply data science methodologies to real-world challenges.
Qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
You are fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Basic familiarity with Python, SQL or other programming languages commonly used in data science
Experience in data analysis, dashboarding or analytics engineering is a strong plus
Proficiency in English and Italian

Mobility Project Controller – Apprenticeship
As a Junior Project Controller, some of your main activities will be:
· Booking of a broad kind of business operations
· Invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items control
· Payment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenance
· Provide project reporting and analysis as required
· Support internal and external audits
· Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures
· Interact with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholders
· Contributing to the digital initiatives of the company
