Great News for Graduates! 2019 is full of Fresher Recruitment Drives! TCS, HCL, HDFC to hire Freshers!





Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s biggest software services company, reported net addition of 12,356 employees in April-June quarter, the highest in the last five years. According to Livemint, the company said it has issued joining letters to over 30,000 fresh graduates. Around 40% of the fresh graduates have been onboarded in the first quarter and the rest are expected to join by the second quarter. According to Business Insider, TCS is going to add another 18,000 freshers in the next three months.




HCL is also going to continue its mega recruitment drives and aiming to hire over 10000 freshers this fiscal year (2019-20). According to Economic Times, this pool will be hired from across India including school pass-outs (who have completed class 12), graduates and post graduates from engineering and non-engineering streams.

In addition to this, HDFC has also announced that it is aiming to hire 5,000 freshers over the next three years time. The bank announced a tie-up with Manipal Global Academy of BFSI where graduates will be hired after they finish a year-long training at the institute, said business today. The new inductees will pay a course fee of Rs 3.3 lakh plus applicable taxes and will draw Rs 4 lakh as the first yearly salary.
