Software Engineer- Intern
Job Description:
Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems
• You will design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.
• You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders.
• You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
• You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
• You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
• You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• For Internship Program, FY 2026
• Experience and knowledge in Java/ C++ (server side) on Linux/Unix/Windows, SQL, Shell scripting.
• Preferably with Cloud, AWS, GenAI knowledge and experience.
• Preferably with basic understanding of SDLC.
• Good Communication and Writing Skills in English language is must.
• Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set up (3x per week) in BGC, Taguig City or in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Java Developer
Software Engineer/Developer is responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to a global customer base. Digital Media Technician – Graphics Editor (Graduate)
Your main responsibility is to manage and scheduling the processing of film, TV video assets through the digital workflow from ingest to delivery.
Creating deliverable files that adhere to client specifications.
Conforming/syncing/editing audio/video assets.
Evaluating the quality of and checking for errors in digital video/audio assets.
Describing and identifying the severity of issues in content.
Confirming basic technical requirements and client specifications.

Finance Operations Professional (Graduate)
As a Finance Operations Professional, you will be responsible for gathering transactional data, processing customer billing, and leading cash collection efforts – while exploring opportunities to enhance these processes through AI and automation.
Collect, analyze, and evaluate large volumes of data from various stakeholders to support accurate invoicing and reporting.
Ensure timely and precise invoice creation and delivery in accordance with contractual and agreed terms.
Collaborate with project managers and business owners to track project milestones and ensure timely billing.
Play a key role in the Bill-to-Cash (B2C) cycle, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on customer collections.
Monitor collections and perform reconciliations between customer balances and payments.
Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to support financial reporting and compliance.
Partner with finance and technology teams to identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification:
A university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

Technical & Business Operations Agent (BPO) (1-4 yr)
Serve as first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end-users
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and clarity.
