IT Asset Management Analyst
Fulfill software/hardware requests including obtaining quotes, placing orders, verifying and submitting invoices for payment
Ensure integrity of the Software Entitlements in ServiceNow and manually tracking in Excel
Manage Incidents and Requests in ServiceNow
Working closely with the client and the vendors to ensure fulfillment of requests and manage relationships

1-2 years experience using a Service Management tool for Requests and Incidents
1-2 years experience of software purchasing including obtaining quotes, submitting orders, receipt of orders and license keys, receiving invoices and processing invoices to accounts payable for payments.
1-2 years experience allocating software to users tracking the software entitlements
