IT Helpdesk Analyst
Aecom is actively seeking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst for employment in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Responsible for entry-level support of all computer systems within the TMC(s).
Handling first response calls to the Helpdesk (phone, e-mail, and online), logging the initial call, and detailing the response given to each caller.
Associates Degree or High school diploma/GED equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience
Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security pre-employment background check
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; must also successfully complete Joint Task Force (JTF) Security Clearance Process which includes fingerprinting process.
Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an office environment. Position requires frequent keyboard/mouse operations, performing repetitive fine hand movements, and sitting for long periods of time; Rarely standing/walking. Position will include wearing a dispatch headset, viewing CCTV camera displays, and listening to law enforcement radio broadcasts.
