We are looking for talented young people who want to develop their career in technology consulting, processes or strategy, combining training, mentoring and real experience in projects with leading clients.

Job Requirements:

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data, Industrial) or Business / Management (Business Administration, Economics, Finance).
Recent graduates.
English level C1 (essential for international projects).
Essential knowledge of tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, GenAI copilots
Consulting mindset: analytical thinking and impact orientation.
High capacity for learning, collaboration and communication.

Profiles we are looking for:

Consultant in Industrial Processes and Digitalization: Training in Industrial Engineering.
Cybersecurity, Infrastructure or Development Consultant: Background in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications.
Technology Risk and IT Governance Consultant: Background in Business Administration, Economics, and Finance.
Consultant in Technological Adoption and Organizational Transformation: Background in Psychology, Sociology, Humanities.
Finance or IT Audit Consultant: Background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Master in Data Analytics.

Digital & AI Apprenticeship

Are you passionate about shaping the future of a global organization?

Our Apprenticeship Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while developing essential skills for a long-term career in Digital AI.

Over the course of 16 months, you’ll engage in a blend of structured workplace and theoretical classroom-based learning, and, where applicable, practical experience.

As a Digital & AI Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced automation and AI professionals, supporting day-to-day activities such as analysing processes, preparing documentation, helping with low-complexity automation tasks, and learning how automation and AI technologies operate within enterprise environments.

Location: London, Birmingham, Crewe

Start Date: February 2026

BPSS clearance: required or eligibility essential.

A nationally recognised Level 3 qualification
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS – 900) certification.
Mentorship from industry experts.
A pathway to a permanent role upon successful completion.

Job Requirement:

Support Automation Delivery: Help gather requirements from teams and stakeholders under supervision.
Learn & Apply Digital / AI Skills: – Learn good practices around data quality, testing, basic scripting concepts and workflow logic.
Operational & Admin Support: Assist with meeting notes, RAID logs, and simple reporting activities.
Collaboration – Work closely with automation developers, project managers, and account teams.

Qualification:

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Enthusiastic team players with a desire to learn and grow

Skills We’re Looking For:

Interest in technology, automation, AI, or digital processes.
Willingness to learn with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (with curiosity to grow into automation and AI concepts).
