Bank of America is one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle-market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services.
Individual will support Trade Operations team across all products including Letter of Credit, Collections, Open Account, Supply Chain Finance etc. He /She will be involved in day to day processing of transactions while ensuring adherence with Trade Guidelines (UCP 600, URR, URC etc) and Bank of America standards.
Ensure queues are monitored efficiently as per TAT
Record the work performed and share with Supervisor on daily basis
Ensure to take learning from first pass catches
Understanding of accounting including suspense report, reconciliation
End of Day reporting
Check if all filings are completed in work flow queue
Escalate any process related ambiguities to the supervisors or manager for clarification
Identify and implement process improvements/best practices
Education : Graduate (preferable Commerce)
Experience : 0-2 years
Good key board skill with high accuracy
Knowledge of Trade Finance (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
