You will ask the right questions, understand business needs, uncover root causes and work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Job Description:
• Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements and constraints
• Acting as a proxy for customers and stakeholders representing their interests, needs and concerns
• Creating, managing and prioritizing Feature and Story backlogs
• Participating in the solution design and governance processes
• Working with the business to confirm desired outcomes, define scope, and agree priorities
• Understanding, updating and designing operational and business processes
• Providing impact assessments and high-level estimates for proposed solutions
• Monitoring the delivery of business value and managing delivery to the business case
What we’re looking for:
• Solid business analyst skills including the ability to create clear documentation and diagrams, including Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Ability to assimilate and organize data from a range of sources and to derive insights and make recommendations
• Background in defining, building and delivering software
• An understanding of Agile and working with Agile teams
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge of common methods, frameworks and best practices associated with Business Analysis
• Clear understanding of non-functional requirements
• Good stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
• Knowledge of the Payment industry and awareness of financial and other regulations
