Specialist – Knowledge Management Services – Mexico

Job Description:

We are seeking strong candidates with experience to fill a Knowledge Management Services (KMS) position within BCG’s Knowledge Practice Area. An ideal candidate would have an interest in private equity and the due diligence process, along with related concepts and approaches used to evaluate investment opportunities.

Capturing content from high-impact cases in BCG’s PIPE Practice, under supervision of the Content Manager (Team Lead) and senior team member and in close collaboration with the case teams
Codifying and story lining relevant packages and IP (case vignettes, case examples, methods and tools) while working closely with the case teams, knowledge analysts and senior team members
Conducting sanitization services to provide high quality of work with successful response rates from case teams while meeting high BCG confidentiality standards
Coordinating with the case/ project team members to verify the viability of created packages and incorporating feedback and suggestions from case teams, Content Manager and Knowledge Analysts
Publishing final output on internal Knowledge sharing systems
Engaging proactively in activities to improve the Content Management Process and satisfaction of consultants with the PIPE content base
Coaching and assisting junior KMS team members

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
2-4 years of general knowledge/content management and/or research experience (e.g., within a professional services firm, academia, etc.)

Good general understanding and interest in private capital, such as private equity, and the investment due diligence process

Good business knowledge and proficiency with research techniques/approaches

Data & Research Services Intern – USA

Job Description:

As a Research Intern within BCG’s Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will play an important part of our Costa Rica DRS team. You’ll collaborate on challenging research projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future.

You will be supporting the delivery of secondary research, enriching BCG’s client work and internal development initiatives. Your task will often include working side by side with DRS colleagues. When assigned with research requests, you will work on encapsulating data and facts in an email, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formats. One of the highlights of your internship will be your onboarding and upskilling process where you will be introduced to a consulting toolkit and research proficiency.

Qualification:

Ideal candidates are one year away from completing an undergraduate degree in business or a related field, with no work experience required. English proficiency and the ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential. Relevant academic or extracurricular activity is a plus.

Research Associate – Data & Research Services – India

Job Description:

As a Research Associate within BCG’s Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will ensure delivery of error-free and insightful research projects within our Climate and Sustainability practice area. You will gain expertise in leveraging wide range of research resources, information portals and approaches in delivering research outputs that are meaningful for your requestors. You will display your ability to synthesize data and draw insights in the context of the ‘research ask’, accurately. Over a period of time, you will engage with seniors in the team on a regular basis to grow your understanding of the Practice Area and deliver deep insights to our Case and Knowledge teams.

Qualification:

Undergraduate degree minimum (preferably in environmental engineering, environmental science, climate change, sustainability etc.) with high academic record
0-1 years of relevant working experience, in a Consulting or Research organization. Basic understanding of the Climate and Sustainability space (ESG, circular economy, decarbonization solutions, carbon markets, nature based solutions, climate policies and risk etc.)
