Job Overview:

1 Corporate Finance Accounting Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

The Associate member of BSPB Finance is primary responsible in assisting the BSPB Head of Finance for the coordination of the accounting closing, together with local stakeholders, the Finance Regional Platform (HK and ISPL FSS) and ISPL Accounts Payable team (FOP).

Job Responsibilities

This role will serve as a backup contact point of the BSPB Finance team regarding all Finance related topics and assists in execution of local finance deliverables in full compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and internal control requirements.

• Ensure that BSPB comply with Regional and Head Office instructions, including those for Forecasts/Budgets
• Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Requirements
• Ensure BSPB tax and other regulatory filings are done on time
• Coordinate accounts payable deliverables for BSPB as follows:
• Liaise with Regional Finance Teams to ensure full alignment:
• Ensure Group’s operational control framework with regards Finance is effectively followed

Qualifications

The Associate of BSPB Finance is required to have a good understanding of the activity dynamics of the entity that he/she supervises, manage upcoming accounting requirements, and works with the BSPB Head of Finance to formulate advice and opinions that will be shared to the Management Team of the entity.

• Basic knowledge of Finance, Tax, internal control, local regulations
• Ability to work independently, with carefulness, confidence, responsibility
• Analytical skills, and eye for detail
• Communication skills & ability to manage stress
• Organized, solution oriented
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other Finance related background.
• Preferably a Fresher or 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
• Philippine CPA certification is preferred, though not essential

2 Associate / Associate Level 1 – Client Operating Center of Excellence (COCE)

As an Associate/ Associate Level 1, you will be responsible to manage the daily operations/ workflow relating to various client portfolios across global markets, ensuring high-quality service to internal and external clients of BNP Paribas. You will be expected to have knowledge of investment Banking operations.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience with Investment Banking background.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments, and Investment Banking.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team player, flexible to work in shifts.
