Associate, Real Estate Lending Administration
Job Description:
Accountable for loan administrative activities, including the review of control reports, ensuring that all documentation policy exceptions are cleared timely and open receivables are resolved
Interface with Lenders on client onboarding, billing and loan reconciliation and issue resolution. Ability to interpret loan documents.
Need to be proficient in Excel, it will need to be Intermediate to Advanced level.
Collaborate with our Loan Operations Partners regarding the Loan Portfolios and act as an intermediary for any escalations when necessary.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
1-3 years of total work experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Representative, Client Service
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Service to join our Corporate Trust Mortgage Backed Securities team. This role is located in Pune- MH, Hybrid.
Support a Client Service Manager on a portfolio of complex Mortgage Backed Securities trusts. Process monthly debt service payments for these Mortgage Backed Securities deals, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of principal and interest to investors in accordance with governing documents.
Review and complete monthly ticklers and investor reporting tasks, maintaining compliance with key deadlines and transaction requirements.
Manage deal-level billing and account reconciliation, including the identification and resolution of variances and ensuring accuracy across trustee records and bank systems.
Respond to inquiries related to uninvested cash balances and overdrafts, collaborating with Client Service Manager to maintain transaction integrity.

Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis II
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Client Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Houston, TX.
Under direct guidance, works with internal and external datasets and client reference data and provides analysis in the development of statistical, financial and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, derivative pricing, risk exposure or other sophisticated concepts.
Provides analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area.
With general guidance, supports assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses.
Sometimes performs more advanced analyses.
Performs or oversees data management activities in support of more senior quantitative colleagues.
Runs models, looks for exceptions, takes corrective action.
Has some knowledge of technology tools used to conduct analyses conduct analyses.
Applies techniques such as SQL, querying and macro development to extract data for populating models.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred.
2-3 years experience preferred.
Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred with strong proficiency in SharePoint and MS Excel.

Highly organized, with proven ability to prioritize competing requests by urgency, complexity and risk
Driven by accountability, collaboration and a relentless focus on client success
Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (Mandarin) is a plus
