In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The role requires you to provide high quality first line learning administration support to the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team, the emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and HR Services objectives.

Analyst – AP -Hyderabad

As an Analyst in Accounts Payables, you will assist with the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and basic account reconciliations for the Middle East member firm. Your responsibilities include supporting monthly close activities, handling routine stakeholder queries, and following established company policies and procedures. You will help maintain accurate records, support quality standards, and may participate in process improvement activities or assist with ad-hoc requests and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Audit & Assurance | ESC – Associate Analyst

As an Associate Analyst, you will support the audit team by performing a range of administrative tasks within the ESC group. Your responsibilities will include drafting engagement letters, monitoring audit client compliance with SEC independence rules and Deloitte policies and managing client acceptance and continuation processes. Additionally, you will coordinate group audits and provide support for various audit tools, such as audit confirmations, trial balance support, and financial statement tie-outs.

Job Description:

● Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, with the ability to understand implications of findings, next steps, and project deadlines.

● Follow the agreed process in the development of deliverables and adopt a structured approach.

● Provide regular updates to team lead about the progress of assigned tasks.

● Ensure the executed work meets the Firm’s quality standards.

Qualifications

Associate Analyst—(Talent Services)

As a Talent Services Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for:

· Administering, onboarding transactions from offer acceptance until start date, adhering to agreed processing practices

· Managing contingent lifecycle transactions

· Working on ad-hoc onboarding projects

· Participating in bulk onboarding projects and other onboarding tasks as required

· Providing first level response to stakeholders/candidates around procedure queries

· Working as an effective team member, sharing knowledge, and assisting coworkers

· Maintaining business process documents in relation to onboarding/other Talent services sub processes

· Timely management of queries received through the team inbox, the service support tool (ServiceNow) and incoming calls/incidents

· Proactively identifying & raising potential issues to the USI Assistant Manager/Lead for discussion with the onshore Talent Operations Manager and lead the team to take the necessary agreed and cascaded actions

· Timely interface with payroll and other support teams to communicate changes and ensure smooth onboarding

· Trouble shooting employee queries and escalating as appropriate

· Proactive input to Talent Services Assistant Manager/Lead on development of the talent services function

· Assisting with other Talent Services tasks wherever required

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in HR Shared Services environment.

Preferred :

• Technical – Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or other similar HRIS

• ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
