Transfer Pricing Documentation Analyst

Drafting of Functional Memos and performing related research within Cargill business and functions and data collation required for the Memo with minimum involvement from Supervisor.
Preparation of Activity & Benefit Reports (ABRs) –This position requires the individual to be responsible for the first level preparation of ABRs to support the global statutory recharge process.
Actively involved in collection of detailed supporting documentation and evidence in support of the Memo and ABRs. This will include arranging calls with stakeholders from different locations, assisting with conducting interviews, preparing information requests and doing basic analysis and referencing of documents with the Memos.
The individual will be responsible for collecting and maintaining a repository of employee details for each function who are involved in providing intra group services.

Qualifications

Graduation or MBA (Finance)
1 – 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing
Familiarity with tax and transfer pricing concepts.
Ability to understand business processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Clear communication style (both written and verbal). Able to interact with colleagues across Cargill and adaptable to requirements/circumstances. Ability to articulate facts clearly while drafting deliverables.
Ability to work as part of a global team, across borders and time zones.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Self-motivated with curiosity, initiative, pro-activeness and willingness to learn. Able to appreciate different perspectives, handle pressure and accept constructive feedback
Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.

Experience of working in a tax or finance environment in a global organization, having experience in documentation

Software Engineer

The Professional, Software Engineering job maintains and partners to design and develop software applications and systems. With limited supervision, this job collaborates with cross functional teams to implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals and upgrade existing software to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient and scalable code and troubleshooting and debugging moderately complex issues. This job also participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with software engineering team members.

Freight Payment & Transportation Data Specialist

The Freight Payment Specialist, will be the contact for carriers of different modes to assist with questions regarding freight invoice contents versus the accruals in the applicable planning and transportation management systems. In this role, you will be responsible for freight invoice validation, processing and timely payment.

Job Description:

Receive and validate invoices that come in to meet legal requirements.
Partner with the team to resolve issues that involve delayed payments, demurrage costs and additional charges.
Control invoiced amounts versus information in the system and communicates freight invoices with finance and the carriers.
Issue debit notes to a carrier in case of product damage or loss.
Partner with the finance team to provide the necessary transport and logistics information and support.
Register the necessary data into the available business management software system to include, but not limited, to the creation of accruals.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications
Understanding of business functions focused on cost and budget controls

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Process Improvement Executive to identify inefficiencies, implement process enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. This role is key to driving operational excellence and cost optimization.

Job Description:

Analyse supply chain workflows and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
Conduct process audits and root cause analysis to resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, planning, IT) to streamline operations.
Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and IT enhancements.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track the impact of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate training and change management to ensure adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

MBA in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in supply chain operations or process improvement roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). APO/SAP IBP/PPDS
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
