Service Delivery Engineer 1 – USA

Job Description:
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
• Interface directly with customers to coordinate project activities and support issues
• Build and review design, functional, technical and/or process documentation
• Focus on data collection and analysis of specific issues with internal team
• Develop and sustain effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams

Qualification:
• Entry level position requiring 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
• Ability to set priorities and delegate
• Analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
