Job Description:

Support the Digital Experience Product Manager & Leads in identifying, documenting and tracking stakeholder priorities and enhancement requests
Collaborate with technology business analysts to review requirements for new features and functionalities
Support the product manager in coordinating user acceptance testing activities in support of Digital channel product releases
Test drive new features and functionalities and report feedback to the technology team
Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed
Perform site audits as requested by Digital Engagement Manager for adherence to digital strategies

Global Control – FSR-Analyst

The FSR Analyst will be responsible for assisting in assessing and monitoring various internal controls for Finance groups in relation to roles and user assignment. They will also be responsible for running reports, by geography, to assist with control type process reviews. This role will assist with applying mitigating controls to segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts that present during user role assignment. A good understanding of security and controls is preferred.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems preferred or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.

· 1-3 years of experience or exposure in the above functional areas

· General knowledge of SAP functionality and SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) preferred.

· Advance skills in Microsoft Office – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools preferred.

· Good written and verbal communications and organizational skills

· Attention to detail, required.
