Software Automation Engineer
- This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong programming fundamentals and prior programming or automation experience to handle responsibilities which will span all phases of development.
- You will be responsible for writing new automated tests for Display Software/Firmware, and for maintaining the infrastructure vital to run that automation — including the physical lab environment, test agents, device fleet health, and CI pipeline reliability.
- In early development phases, you will be asked to develop an automation test plan in cooperation with development engineering to cover the new features of our products.
- As development progresses, you will work closely with engineers to build, run automated test suites and triage the failures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science and/ OR
- Looking for 2-3 years experience as a software engineer and/ OR
- 4-5 years experience as a software/hardware test engineer
Preferred Qualifications
- LLM-based development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
- Git, code review, and collaborative development workflows
- Shell scripting and command-line proficiency (macOS/Linux)
- Device management tooling
- Networking fundamentals
Network Engineer, Enterprise Network Operations
This position requires a collaborative teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills who will enjoy working with others around the globe to maintain the networking infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include working on tickets and break fixes, taking escalations from and mentoring junior team members, developing network automation playbooks, maintaining and upgrading existing networks to current standards, coordinating peering expansions, and contributing to technical and procedural documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in network operations within a large scale enterprise or a service provider environment.
- Experience evaluating and managing outages to business critical infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP and various IGP protocols.
- Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, or other flavours of UNIX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant IT discipline
- Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, self-sufficient.
- Experience working in large scale network environments with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer-service focus in a fast-moving environment.
- Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, or equivalent experience
