Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Good to have Agentforce experience.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools.
• Implement and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products as per project needs.
• Create and manage triggers, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance domain or working with agent portals.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

As an Analyst in our Consulting team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

• Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and

• Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.
• Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
