Job Description:
1 Process Associate – Marcom, Sales and Delivery Services
- Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with the company regulations and guidelines. Receive customer calls and register notification in the CRM tool, Dispatch of Engineers, Upload Engineer
- Productive hours, Notification closure & NPS Survey.
- Performing the assigned tasks in a timely manner with highest standards of quality.
- Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
- Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
- Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily.
- Flexible working in shifts and during month ends.
Qualification:
- B.Com/M.Com /BE/B.Tech/MBA/Equivalent with good academics.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, exposure (work experience with US customer etc. is added advantage).
- Good Knowledge in various office tools/applications (eg. Excel / PPT) and reporting regularly to stakeholders.
- Good team player, quick learner, flexible working for extended/deadline-based tasks. Flexible to work in US time Zones.
2 Process Associate – Finance & Procurement Services
Managing day-to-day Opportunity to Cash activities for CPM support function.
Contribute to the meeting the turnaround time for achieving KPIs.
Ensuring 100% accuracy & correctness of activities performed, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP – ensures compliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements.
Actively communicate with other team members and internal customers and manages solving commercial issues.
Supports Commercial Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.
Ensures the internal and external Project compliances (like timely invoicing, cost booking, bank guarantees processing etc.).
Handling various stakeholders like customers, vendors, internal and external auditors etc.
Qualification:
Fresher/ experience of 1-2 years.
Minimum Qualification: B. Com/BBA.
Working Experience in SAP in Project, MM and SD Modules is desirable.
Good communication skills should be well versed with accounting concepts.
Have analytical skills which are seen as important for carrying out the job responsibility.
