Senior Process Executive (Telecom Expense Management)- Bangalore
Note:
Candidate should have the hands-on experience on Mobility, Order management / Telecom Expense management+ Mobility (MACD/ ICMD), Catalog management.
Job Description:
TEMS L2/L3 Analyst is responsible for managing Mobility telecom expenses, optimizing usage, and supporting lifecycle operations including IMACD activities. The role also involves leveraging platforms like ServiceNow for workflow automation, managing Configuration Items (CI), service catalogs, vendor onboarding, and contract governance
Job Responsibilities:
Work on requests/incidents related to Mobile devices (Smartphones, iPhone/iPad, etc.), hardware/software, and general technologies,
Excellent Coordination skills: knowledge of cellular carrier management including managing mobile spend, data line and contract mgmt, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management.
Work closely with 3rd party telecom vendors on all services
Daily Tasks Management: Collect data and perform analysis of telecom billing, inventory and contractual information.
Compile Client Telecom Inventory, contract
Maintain accurate up to date telecom inventories.
Managing Quality & SLA Targets
Work on mobility order management within the SLAs.
Work on ServiceNow Platform for Mobility process.
Qualification:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in one of the following areas related to Telecom Expense Management (TEM):
Telecom architecture;
Carrier services;
Carrier billing solutions ;
TEM solutions; and/or
Telecom accounts payables.
Possess strong data gathering skills.
ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog Management)
Knowledge in TEM platforms (e.g., Tangoe, Calero, MDSL)
Possess basic knowledge of telecom architecture, TEM process re-engineering activities and/or telecom accounts payables activities.
Basic knowledge of various telecommunication products and services.
Basic understanding of telecom technology and/or billing systems; prefer previous experience with telecom contracts.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They should be comfortable in presenting ideas, articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively, and engaging in active discussions with team members and clients.
