Profile Description – Diploma Engineer Trainee:
We are looking to hire young, dynamic, aspiring minds who are pursuing their final year diploma in engineering from the following streams:
Architecture, Automobile, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Environmental, Environmental Health & Safety / Industrial Safety, Fire Safety, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mining. Survey.
Training Period: 12 months on-the-job training from the date of joining.
Compensation: CTC Per Annum :
Office Based Posting : Rs. 2,50,000/-
Project Site-Based Posting Rs. 2,97,000/-
Eligibility Guidelines:
Academics: Applicants must have completed a 3-year / 6-semester diploma course (full-time) after SSC or equivalent / HSC examination and should have achieved a minimum aggregate of 60%. Those with any Graduation in Engineering / Science / Arts, either before or after their diploma, are not eligible to apply. Students expecting to complete their diploma by 30th June 2026 are eligible, but sandwich courses are not accepted.
Mode of Study: Only full-time diploma students are eligible. Candidates studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
Back-Logs / Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
Age: Candidates Born between 1st July 2004 and 30th June 2008, both days inclusive.
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
