Business Analyst Management, Platforms, Analyst, Wealth Management

Job Responsibilities:

· Become a subject matter expert on Wealth Management expense policy and tools across key Platforms regions – North America, Canada, India and Budapest

· Own Platforms Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense management front to back – including:

o Counseling employees on policy and ensuring process is understood across the organization

o Reviewing and approving expense submissions made in Concur, partnering closely with employees to address any gaps or issues

o Coordinate with Platforms’ stakeholders on creation of Entertainment and Conference (EnC) requests where needed

· Create & maintain best practice documentation on expense process and Platforms-specific guidelines

· Collaborate with expense partners at AMEX and Platforms employees to address reporting and payment issues

· Create recommendations and reporting associated with annual budget, forecasting and actuals for the T&E budget

· Create and maintain tracker for ENC requests to analyze risks and opportunities throughout the year

· Management of vendor invoicing for WM Platforms including the processing of invoices in relevant tools and following up for approval where required

Qualifications:

· 0-1 year of business analyst experience, preferably with a financial services background

· Basic understanding of accounting concepts (P&L, margin, forecasting, etc.)

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to interact effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across platforms – strong EQ is a must

· Effective, creative and flexible problem solver

· Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately

· Independent self-starter who can manage day-to-day deliverables and prioritization with limited overlap with the onshore team

· Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for talented and driven professionals to join our Structured Products Secured Lending (Warehouse Lending) – Credit Risk team.

If you have experience in:

Credit & financial analysis
Monitoring borrower portfolios
Understanding of structured lending / ABS / corporate loans/private credit

Preferred background:

Market Risk Controllers – Backtesting Analyst

Job Description:

Develop understanding of key Regulatory rules requirements (European & US rule sets) and ensure proper application to various processes/calculations

Implement new processes and controls to meet regulatory Backtesting and capital calculation requirements

Collaborate with other departments globally and locally

Deliver timely/accurate daily, weekly, quarterly calculations and analytics to global finance partners and Business Unit stakeholders

Initiate and participate in process improvements, automation projects and innovation efforts.

Qualification:

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business related discipline and availability to work full time, fresh graduates and professionals with 1 year experience are welcome

Solid knowledge of financial products is a must

Background in financial services industry (regulatory reporting, financial and product control, liquidity, treasury) is an advantage

Good communication skills, fluency in English

Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
