Jr. Instrument Engineer – Netherlands

As a fresh graduate (University / HBO) or Junior Engineer you have the exciting opportunity to be part of this transformation. The Jr. Instrument Project Engineer is accountable for the integrity, reliability and operability of all instrumentation and control designs in the projects, plant changes and turnarounds within their assigned area of the plant.

You will oversee engineering activities covering key areas of Process Automation including technology selection, automation systems, instrumented safeguarding, alarm management, process analyzers, flow metering, level, temperature, pressure measurement and process control.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (preferred in Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation, Industrial Technology or Computer Science).
Some experience in Instrument Project Engineering is preferred.
Basic understanding of relevant instrument design engineering practices and standards.
Knowledge of refining and/or chemical processes & process technology is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively in/and across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders, customers and service providers.
Display courage and professionalism.
Professional working proficiency in Dutch language is required (or willing to learn within a year), combined with English language skills both spoken and written
Effective stakeholder management is essential to identify and understand (business) requirements and translate these into delivering innovative and sustainable value solutions.
Be a self-starter with a healthy learner mindset, hands-on approach and can-do mentality, have the analytical capability to identify and solve project related instrument related problems.

Analyst – Manage Indirect Tax – Philippines

As part of compliance to Philippine tax requirements, the Analyst ensures timely collection and validation of VAT official receipts on local purchases of service. The documents once validated are used to substantiate the input tax credits claimed on the relevant VAT returns. The successful applicant is expected to regularly connect with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure that issues related to the collection and validation of the VAT official receipts will be timely resolved.

The successful applicant is also expected to provide adhoc support to work which might arise from Tax Audits and other Philippine tax-related projects.

College Graduate (Accounting Graduate preferred)
