Job Description:
- Assist in the development of AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs) and other AI services.
- Support projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance knowledge-based applications.
- Contribute to building and configuring AI agents in Copilot Studio, enabling automation and intelligent workflows.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions with developers and business stakeholders.
- Help document AI solutions, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies relevant to applied AI and business automation.
- Learn how to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ongoing or completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Foundational programming knowledge (Python preferred) and basic understanding of AI concepts.
- Interest in working with real-world data and solving practical problems using AI.
- Familiarity with data handling and basic use of AI/ML libraries is a plus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Sales Support Trainee – Automation
Provides technical and operational support to the sales organization, ensuring the effective integration of products and solutions into customers’ technical environments. Acts as a key technical interface between sales teams, customers, engineering and service areas throughout the sales process.
The Technical Sales Support Trainee supports the sales organization in the development of technical-commercial solutions focused on industrial automation.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for automation solutions
Assist in analyzing customer technical specifications and identifying appropriate products and system architectures.
Contribute to basic system design, including hardware configuration and bill of materials preparation.
Support cost calculations, pricing structures, and technical documentation for quotations.
