Calling the customer for the past due balances, reconciling the invoices and disputes, dispute management, communicating different departments for the resolution
Review and resolve any disputes
Research and reconcile the accounts
Liaison with different departments for clarification and resolution
Qualification: Graduate : 9 months to 3 years experience
Undergraduate : 18 months to 5 years experience .
