Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engg.)
Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra
Skills Knowledge of troubleshooting pumps, heat exchangers,
cooling towers, steam/vacuum systems, and control valves. Support operations: distillation, evaporation, drying, flaking, cooling towers, batch reactors, and continuous plants.
Proactive in troubleshooting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Assist in resolving process deviations, equipment issues, and optimization studies.
Prepare/review SOPs and work instructions.
Ensure GMP compliance, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Adhere to plant safety rules, PPE, and permit systems; assist in audits and risk assessments. Exposure of shift operations.
Duration: 12 months apprenticeship
