Education: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical only

Preferred: Background in Medical devices & immediate joiner
Job Requirements:
– 2 to 4 years of experience in Medical devices complaints handling or related activities
– Proficiency in global medical device regulations like CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU Medical Device Directives/Regulations
– Mechanical problem analysis skills for Complaint Investigation
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
– Adaptability to cross-cultural differences
– Ability to excel in a timeline-driven environment
