HR Process Analysis Intern with German/French
Join our HR Global Shared Services Center as an HR Process Analysis Intern and get hands-on with international projects that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.
Job Description:
Help gather, clean, and consolidate process data for analysis.
Support with reports, templates, and action tracking for ongoing HR process initiatives.
Receive wide exposure working with various managers and supporting a global head in an international corporation.
Keep our internal documents and templates polished and aligned with best practices.
Assist in organizing team meetings and workshops.
Qualification:
Graduates or students enrolled in university programs, preferably related to HR, Business Administration, etc.
Confident using Excel and other Microsoft tools.
Experience working on projects or extracurricular activities is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English, with at least B2 level in German/French.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and always up for a new challenge.
Proactive mindset and solid time management skills.

OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
Relevant foundation training/certification is an added advantage – example, ITIL Foundation
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service industry, preferably IT based would be an added advantage
• Ability to follow instructions, process and predefined procedures
• Ability to support multiple accounts/customer environment
• Good interpersonal skills and customer interface skills – both on the phone and in person with customers and colleagues
• Good, effective written and verbal communication skills – business fluent in International English;
• minimum at level S3 (PROFESSIONAL WORKING PROFICIENCY)
• Time management – punctual and meeting deadlines
• Resourceful in gathering and consolidating relevant data and information
• Good work practices – methodical and disciplined approach to work
• Ensures quality of work – high degree of accuracy, attention to details, still work effectively under pressure
