Careers Opportunities for Graduate Freshers 2026

Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Implement customized software solutions based on Energy Solutions Pipeline modeling software.

Configure, install, and fine-tune Energy Solutions Pipeline modeling systems.

Train operators at clients’ sites in Energy Solutions Software applications and technology.

Analyze project requirements compared with the capabilities of Energy Solutions Products.

Provide consulting services and training to clients.

Extensive travel required.

Qualification:

Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in pipeline development or operations.

Recently graduated or with up to two years of background in pipeline operations, pipeline build, pipeline software, pipeline hydraulics, pipeline modeling, and leak detection systems.

Knowledge of software systems applications

Strong background in pipeline hydraulics

Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in order to provide stellar customer support Knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran Programming Languages, a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation and process control

Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Business knowledge of natural gas marketing and transportation would be a plus

Oil & Gas experience.

Associate Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Perform on-site instruction of customer personnel, writing and modifying maintenance procedures, quality control tests and/or product evaluation, and provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services.
Direct the efforts of personnel engaged in installation of control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or their routine modification/repair.
Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters.
Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams and contractors.
Apply troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering computer science, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
This position requires up to 80% travel, typically one week in duration with heavy travel more likely during the power systems outage season in the spring and fall, giving you the opportunity to work directly with customers, see projects come to life, and gain hands-on experience in the field.
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methods
A problem-solver’s mindset, with the ability to analyze information and think creatively to find solutions
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States

PREFERRED:

Co-Op or internship experience in a technical environment
Hands-on exposure to control systems, simulation tools, or other industry-related technologies
Comfort presenting ideas to different audiences

IT Analyst Supply Chain Solutions

The IT Analyst shares responsibility for gathering requirements, and support of business solutions for Emerson’s Indirect Procurement Initiative

Job Responsibilities:

Works collaboratively with Supply Chain and IT teams to implement and rollout P2P for Indirect Material and Services
Develop training material and application documentation as required.
Educating business users
Provide guidance in data preparation and migration
Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules.
Provide operation support in Service Now incident system
Assist with program rollout activities, including business units and trading partners.
Proactively monitors processes and operations.
Serves as a team member within multi-functional supply chain programs as assigned.
Ensures project documentation is complete and maintained.
Works effectively in a global highly matrixes team environment.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or other related field.
Proficient in English
Familiar with project management in an IT environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Capable of performing detailed data analysis to identify opportunities and gain higher-level insight.
Ability to multi-task and work within diverse multi-disciplinary global project teams
Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
