Analytics Graduate Program – Client Capabilities Network
As an analytics intern in our Analytics Graduate Program, you’ll be at the heart of transformative projects, working in dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams to harness the power of data, machine learning, Gen AI and Agentic AI.
The Analytics Graduate Program is a 10-month immersive experience beginning in August 2026 and designed for early-career professionals eager to accelerate their growth. Based in our Casablanca office, you’ll be part of the broader Client Capabilities Hub in Africa, working on McKinsey client projects alongside our consultants.
Throughout the program, you’ll build critical skills in leadership, analytics, and business strategy, while receiving mentorship, sponsorship, and developmental guidance from firm leaders.
- While this is a fixed-term contract, exceptional performance during the program will make you eligible to apply for full-time opportunities at McKinsey.
- While we advocate for using the right tech for the right task, we often leverage the following technologies: Python, PySpark, the PyData stack, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, our own open-source data pipelining framework called Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS, container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and more!
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters level in a discipline such as: computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering or artificial intelligence, with a strong academic record
- 0-2 years of professional experience in applying machine learning and data mining techniques to real problems with copious amounts of data. Experience (academic or otherwise) with data science tools and programming languages R and/or Python (must), SPSS, SAS, Ruby, Hadoop (valued)
- Ability to independently own and drive model development, balancing demands and deadlines
- Natural talent for analytics and a keen interest in building skills across data modelling, engineering, visualization, and prototype design
- Passion for solving challenging & ambiguous problems with a desire to learn and grow
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excitement about working across diverse client organizations and business functions
